SlurryPro MPA

SlurryPro MPA is a synthetic polymer in liquid form which functions to form a more tenacious and less permeable polymeric membrane at and within the formation interface. It also promotes a soft grouting effect within the membrane area in porous soils. MPA additionally functions within KB Systems to assist in dropping light suspended solids from the slurry.

Impac

ImPac is a specialty polymer in dry form which functions to increase the strength of the SlurryPro or SlurryShield membranes' soft grout attributes in low cohesion soils. It also assists in controlling fluid loss by strengthening the membrane. ImPac may also be made into a low concentration liquid to assist with rapid sedimentation of suspended fines from the slurry.

KobbleBlok

KobbleBlok is a specialty polymer which rapidly swells to form various size deformable globules. These polymeric swollen globules seek porous zones and help the system to control fluid loss by filling these larger pores or voids assisting in the formation of the SlurryPro membrane.

SandSeal MMS

SandSeal MMS is a synthetically modified colloid in dry form which functions within a SlurryPro CDP or SlurryShield fluid to form a less permeable polymeric film at the formation interface. In addition to assisting in fluid loss control SandSeal moderately increases slurry density or specific gravity.

InstaFreeze

InstaFreeze is a clear heavy liquid used to converting the soft-grouting effect of a SlurryPro or SlurryShield membrane in low cohesion soils to a more persistent and stronger chemical grout, thereby increasing soil stability even in the most challenging of soils.

ProTek 100

ProTek-100 acts to insolublize all hardness, iron, magnesium, calcium, etc. from both make-up water and ground water. ProTek 100 additionally functions to rejuvenate polymer (SlurryPro CDP, LA-1 and SlurryShield) which has been damaged by extreme carbonate alkalinity, seawater, or cation contamination. This dramatically lowers the refreshment dosages of polymer in contaminated systems as well as corrects contaminated systems.

SlurryPro LA-1-D

SlurryPro LA-1-D works in conjunction with a CDP system or SlurryShield fluid to create a polymer film at the formation wall.
