The Palazzo Versace on Dubai Creek was started in 2006 with the foundation work being awarded to Swissboring, a division of the Trevi Group. Swissboring brought in KB International to assist in the slurry preparation and planning. The material used for this project was SlurryShield PBS. The hotel/condominium was scheduled to open in June 2009 but work continues and the opening has now been set in early 2010.
