EnhancIT 100
EnhancIt 100 works in conjunction with a SlurryPro CDP fluid to create a slurry with the capacity to control fluid loss in porous soils through the creation of a "true" polymeric membrane or film on and within the soils of the excavation sidewall. An Enhanced slurry also exhibits unique soft chemical grouting properties. EnhancIt 100 increases soil stability within low cohesion porous soils through this grouting property when incorporated into a SlurryPro fluid.
Similar to a bentonite fluid, an Enhanced SlurryPro fluid's performance attributes, effective fluid loss control and construction of a polymeric barrier on and within the excavation sidewall delivers an exceptionally stabile excavation. As a result the interstitial strength and pore pressure within the adjacent formation are preserved as close to their pre-disturbed natural state as possible. As a result of this degree of preservation not only is a stable excavation realized, considerably higher perimeter load sheer, or skin friction is generated.
